Hello,
I would like my homepage to be a full width landing page using a static page that I created.
When I view the static page it is full width. However, when I set it as a static page in the homepage settings it cuts off the edges and is no longer full width.
How can I get the page to display full width?

We would need to see the issue live to be able to determine the cause.
Can you set the linked page to be the home page and disable your caching plugin?

It's live and the cache has been cleared.
Looks like there is a layout element applied to the home page that's setting the container width to 1200px:
