Full Width Secondar Menu

Hi
I have the secondary menu set to full width. I am wanting it to be a solid color full width and text lined up to be flush with the primary navigation. But it shows the text justified right instead of lined up with primary menu, no full width bg color.
Please advise! Thanks!
