Full width background (like GP sections) with css

Hello,
Great and reliable Theme!
I have GP Premium, WpShowPostsPro and I’ m running a Child Theme.
I would like to ask you some help with css.
I want to put a full width background with color (like GP sections-I don’t want to use sections because I have Gutenberg enabled) around my posts in my Homepage (the first three posts under my logo).
Something like your section in your Homepage with the blue background (where you say how much GP Premium Costs)
Could you help me with css?
I also want to ask if I can put the css code with hooks or do I need to install Simple css plugin?
With this https://wordpress.org/plugins/kadence-blocks/ you can easily design your ideas.
Currently what Ender suggests ( thanks Ender ) is the easiest way to do this, we are looking to release a Section Block in the next GP Premium update, so in the meantime a 3rd party plugin is the way to go.
