full screen rotating image in page header

Anyways, you would need to configure both requirements (full screen and black opacity) from the slider plugin.

Let me know if this helps :)

Scale it the browser up and down and it doesn't resize like sample link 2.

Any ideas on how to do this via CSS?

It's the slider itself that's not responsive.
