Full height header with text overlay using Aspire theme

Hi - noob question but how do I do this? I've used the Aspire theme as a starting point as I like the design but cannot seem to get the height of the header image any higher than the menu - ideas?

that link doesn't look like it has Aspire loaded.
Can you link me directly to where its being used?
