Having just purchased the add-on pack, and being in the process of re-learning WP from scratch, I am sorely missing any/all readme.txt that would identify the precise locations for these folders to go. Along with the when/where of "license code."
I know this is probably too obvious to ask--which is why it needs answered.

Hi Gabriel - sorry about that, documentation has been missing for sure.
I started something here which should show you how to install and activate your addons - no FTP needed.
