FOUT PSI for desktop CLS

Hello,
On desktop, one of my only issues on PSI seems to be FOUT. I currently have OMGFONT plugin which I thought would do the trick, but my shift is still shifting enough to make me fail cls on desktop. Do you know what I could do to possibly fix this? Change font? Code?

It is still an issue. In google search console I am not passing on desktop and when I run google page insights, it still shows I am not passing cls. When I look at the shift, it is all text. Sometimes I find GTMetrix report is not as detailed as google page insights.

Does the issue exist if you disable OMGFONT?
