Form field depth

Greetings.
Is there a way to alter the depth of a form field, for example if I want one field to contain feedback from visitors? I would like it to appear as though there's room to add multiple lines of text.
Also, is there a way to customize the hover state color of the "submit" button on a form from the electric green to something more in line with my branding?

can you share a link to the the page where the form is located? You can edit your original topic and use the Site URL field to share it privately.
When you say depth, can you explain a little more? Is it the the number of lines the field displays?
