After upgrading WordPress to the 5.8 version, I have issues.

Footer widget entries are missing (blank) but appearing at the front end of the page. Therefore, unable to edit the widgets. Please help.

Appearance-> Widgets all widgets are blank

Actually, I want help to remove the front-end footer widgets details. Then I can use block-based new widgets of WordPress 5.8 and rebuild the footer widgets.

Hi there,

thats odd - unless you're using some unsupported widgets they should display.
I suggest you temporarily disable the Block Widgets - this article provides the PHP snippet to do that:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-the-block-editor-in-widgets/

Then remove your current widgets in the classic widgets.
Then remove the code snippet and rebuild them with blocks.

Amazing support as usual. I have done as requested and now everything is intact. - Thank you

Glad to be of help!
