Footer Widgets Area Padding for Mobile Not Taking Place

Hey,
When I change the footer widgets area padding for mobile view & pubish, It not taking place. After refresh the page footer widgets area top padding change to "0" automatically.
Don't know why this is happening

Make sure the Customizer > Layout > Footer has a top padding value set for Mobile.
Then clear your plugin caches.
