Footer, Widgets and colour

First off thanks for the tips they helped me, I am now able to put my page at the footer using widgets but now I was wondering how do I remove a few of the pages that are in the footer. It seems like it didn't give me a choice as to which page I wanted there. I only wanted one page at the footer but it put all of them there, was just wondering how do I remove a few pages from the footer but still keep them at the header.

Also the pages at the bottom are in one colour, how do I change that? I could change the footer bar colour but was just curious.
