Footer Widget Gap Below

can someone please help me? how do i get rid of this gap below the footer widget: https://imgur.com/BVch8vh
it gets bigger especially in mobile view but i cant get rid of it.
Hi there,
That's happening because you are using a slanted background image with some very large padding.
It should disappear if you reduce the footer widgets bottom padding.
if i reduce the bottom padding the slanted image becomes a straight line. i added the large padding because i wanted a large height for the footer. is there anyway i can maintain the look of the image with the same height?
I don’t think it’s possible to achieve the slanted look with the background image method and make it work in all screen sizes as the footer widget container itself isn’t squared.
The size of the background image is deteremined by the content/padding itself. and it isn’t responsive.
