By default, the copyright should be aligned center and there isn't an option to align it to the left in the customizer.

In order to determine the issue, I would need to see the live site and inspect the code.

I have checked the logs and found nothing related to this error. Also I have checked all the links and are working fine. Please ask you customer to clear his/her browser cache then test the site.
