[Support request] Footer not showing on some pages

Hello!

I’m creating some new pages and my footer bar is not showing up on them. I’m hoping to have the same footer on every page of the site. My footer is visible on my home and blog pages:

But not on some new pages I have been adding.

Near as I can tell everything looks the same. With four column footers enabled site wide under customization and each page footers listed as “default.” Any ideas?

Hi there,

All of the theme elements (header, footer, menu etc) are stripped on the page that isn’t working.

Looks like they are removed by the page builder to be a canvas (like Elementor canvas)

I don’t believe there is a solution for this as it’s meant to be a canvas and let you start fresh.

I would recommend checking with their support to see if there is a way to keep certain elements from the theme.
