Footer not editable after website migration

Hey guys,
I migrated a GP website from one domain to another. Everything works well except the footer: I can't make any changes anymore. I already tried deactivating and activating the premium plugin, I checked if "Copyright" is enabled,...
Do you have any idea, why this happens?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,
Julia
Hi there,
Any chance you can link us to the site in question?
You can use the private information field:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#private-information
Let me know :)
Sure, here is the link
Hmm everything looks normal to me.
Just to make sure, you are not seeing this option even when the copyright module is activated?

Hi Leo,
I am seeing the options, I can also type my changes. But when I'm publishing, then there are no changes made on the website.
I now realized, that there seem to be more problems on the website for example, when I want to change the menu, it's also not working. If I add a new user, then I only see a new entry in the users list, but without any data. I took a look on the database for the new user: here the Name and E-Mail is correct.
Facing all those problems, I'm convinced, that GP is not the cause. I am now suspecting that it is a problem with the server. I know, this is not your part of Support anymore - but just to be sure: do you think that server-problems can be the cause...?
Thank you so much for your help!
I would guess that it's some sort of hosting/server cache related issue :)
Thank you so much for your help - I will speak about it with the hoster :)
I close the support topic againg.
Have a nice day and weekend!
Best
Julia
No problem :)
