Footer Not Disabled

Hello,
I've read all the posts here about the footer problem and went through all the troubleshooting but it's still there at the bottom of my page, I created an element (and chose to disable the footer but it still had to be displayed somewhere (I chose my front page) but I don't understand why it has to be displayed. I disabled it again on my blog page (because the general rule didn't work). In the end, I added the css .blog .footer-widgets {
display: none;
}
And it's still there. Is it a bug?
It doesn't show on my homepage because I built it with Elementor. The template for the Blog Page has it.
Kind regards
Hi there,
A layout element to disable the footer with the display rules of entire site should definitely work:

Do you have any other layout elements created that might be causing some conflicts?
Any caching plugins or server cache?
Let me know :)
I disabled the super cache plugin but the footer is still there. I don't know what could create a conflict. I also disabled all my plugins but still there.

I've deleted the rule and just disabled the footer in the options of the page itself. But the footer is still there. I didn't create any footer of any sort which could create a conflict, I don't like footers. I don't know what's the next step.
Looks like it's working now?
I no longer see the site footer:

Let me know :)
It's because I changed the theme...
I'm sorry but I decided to ask for a refund. who should I contact for a refund?
Kind regards
