Footer Element - Responsive display on devices do not match editor

Hello,
The footer element on this page (and select others) looks good using the editor for "mobile" but when using an actual devices it completely distorts and does not keep anything centered, etc. Specifically the colored boxes go off-screen and you cannot see the content. How can I fix this?
