Footer element no longer working in the admin

Can you link me to the page in question with all plugins disabled except GP premium?

I've just disabled all plugins and still seeing the issue (I only see it in the elements panel and not in the front end but can't edit it)

No I didn't write anything on the screenshot that is how it appears in the admin panel under elements the problem isn't with the front end it it is when I try and edit the footer in admin from Elements are you seeing the issue there? I'm unable to edit anything

To do a bit of minor testing, I even tried changing the color of a headline to red and saved it. It reflected on the front end as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4ujbwbn - (I've reverted it back to white now).

Is the UI showing something completely different on your end?
