Footer element invisible

Hello,

I have an email signup element in the top center of my footer. I believe it was out their with Elementor but not positive.

The strange thing is it still has the .js code and the outline of the box, but does not display anything to the user.

I tried deactivating plug-ins installed since then. And also in new browser. Not sure what else to check?
