I have not fixed this. nor am I using Flash? What is going on here?

I've tested with Chrome, Firefox and IE and it's not happening for me at all.

This problem also hasn't been reported before so I don't think it's a problem with GP.

Do you have another computer you can test?

Also try disabling any browser app you are using.
