Font type and font color don't want to change

Hi, I'm using Agency theme. When I try to change font family or font color in the Customizer, nothing happens. The parameters change in the Customizer, but the font is still the same on the pages.
Could you let me know how to make it work?

There're some pages built with Generateblocks which is a Gutenburg editor, some may have their font family/color set in Generateblocks.
Can you link me to the site and point me to the section that you are trying to chagne?
You can use the private info field.
