Font questions regarding typography tab

Hello,
I am not able to see certain sections that I know others are seeing under the typography tab while customizing my site via GeneratePress such as "body, header, primary navigation, off-canvas panel, buttons, headings, widgets, footer". This is crippling me from being able to just simply add a font and change its size. Thanks for any help!

Beautiful, that just explained everything to me. I was unsure as to how to configure certain aspects within the typography section, but your information and video just provided me with the correct way to do it. No more confusion! Thanks so much!
