Font overlapping image with hook element

Hi there, I am just following up on a previous support issue I has which was resolved https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/adding-an-element-hook-after-the-header-image/#post-2141514 . Everything worked great. However, after I changed the font of the disclaimer to be smaller, it now overlaps with the image when in mobile view https://imgur.com/a/pjohYCX .Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you try removing it and see how it goes?
