Font on mobile

When I look at the mobile view on the customizer the header on the home page looks fine but when I look on my phone and when my client looks on his phone, the G on landscaping is on the next line. Also, the font in mobile view is Impact but when I look at the site on my actual phone it is Times. I'm not sure how to fix this.

The title "LOGAN'S LANDSCAPING SERVICES" is added with Elementor.
Have you checked with their support?
I would assume reducing the font size or letter spacing on mobile would solve the issue.
As for the font issue, can you try disabling all plugins to eliminate any conflicts first?
