Font Face CSS not loading

Hello,
I have followed article on adding local fonts and i have the fonts added in two places for my mobile menu and my special home page.
I am not sure why they are not loading but looks like they are being overridden by gp and also not applying via the customizer
The path to fonts is in same dir as the child style sheet
