Fluid Page Header Not Working

Hi, I am not able to get the fluid page header to work. You can see it here http://shortdailydevotions.com/psalm-191-the-sky-is-a-mirror/. This is what I have for the settings. 
Never mind, found a dropdown in the customizer for this
