Floating Navigation Question

Hi,

I'd like to be able to have the secondary navigation on the left side float down with the page so it's always in view. (And maybe even see if I like it better on the right hand side.)

And if I decide to use a widget for my secondary navigation (I think I may need a 2-tier navigation), how would I go about that?

* I already am using the fixed menu at the top of the site as well. So whatever secondary menu I end up using needs to not get too close to the upper menu. :)
