Float featured images to the left of post excerpt in column view

How can I float featured images to the left side of post excerpt in both desktop and mobile? (I want to use 150x150 size post thumbnails).

Hi there,

make sure you have the Blog module activated in Appearance > GeneratePress.
In Customizer > Layout > Blog > Featured Images > Archives you can set your width and height and set the image alignment left.
