Flickering / Shake

Hi!
Sometimes when I enter some articles on deredes.tv, logged in as an administrator, a kind of shake occurs. See the following video https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnVaf1zfJIy_qfEjniiM88AdxLZPVQ?e=ZUrnhr
This does not happen if one is as a user, disconnected from the administration.
I tried disabling all plugins and the problem persists, even disabling the generatepress pro version.
I hope you can help me.

I've tried watching the screen capture video provided but it's being cut halfway. Can you provide a new video?
While waiting:
I checked the site and the weird jittering I see seems to be coming from a lazyloaded script that loads an <iframe>containing a video.
Can you try making a post w/o the video being lazyloaded and see if it makes any difference?

The "Lazy Load - Optimize Images" plugin was loading but inactive. It's from WP Rocket. Now I disconnected it.

Anyway there is a third video with all the plugins disabled. Even GP Premium.

i checked the site on Chrome, Safari and Firefox and the 'shake' wasn't visible.
Could be a local issue - are you able to check on a different device or network ?
