Fixed header with z-index 100 is not hiding the body contents while scrolling

Hi,
I have made the header sticky and while scrolling the contents, it was visible on the back of the header.
When i do inspect, i could see z-index: 100 was set to the fixed header.
I tried giving lower z-index to the grid-parent, but it did not help. Still the contents are visible on the back of the header. Please help me to resolve this.

Hi there,
this is because the navigation color has been set to a transparent color - you can change this to solid in Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation
