Fix Page Header for Mobile

So the CSS isn't the problem. I'm gonna guess it's something to do with Elementor.

Can you do a quick test by creating a new page without Elementor and see if the issue still exists?

No need to test that. I just found the Elementor element causing the issue:

You can see that it's going outside the container width.

Removing the negative margin should work.
