Fix First Byte Time

Hi :)
I optimized my site in line with all the suggestions in your forum. I made the pqgespeed score of 99 and 100 percent, but the first byte time does not decrease. I talked to the server team and they said there is no problem. They said it might be due to your theme. I am using the site:doktordanhaberler.com autooptimize plugin. everything is very good, but the first byte time does not improve. can you help me

Well coded themes and plugins ( like GP and GPP ) are going to have minimal impact on TTFB. When it comes to TTFB the major factors are:
Network Latency
High web traffic
Server Performance
DNS Lookups
The impact from the site itself will be based on the Queries being made to deliver dynamic content. You can use a plugin like Query Monitor to see whats happening there and if theres any significant improvements to be had.
There are also lots of guides online for improving the sites performance, such CDN, Page Caching, cleaning up Databases regularly....
