Filter for changing the logo url

On our blog coachfoundation.com/blog/, we want the logo to redirect to our home website coachfoundation.com. It's not set by default since our home page and blog are set up on two separate Wordpress installations. I have tried the following filter as mentioned in the article here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_logo_href/ on my child theme's functions.php, nothing seems to happen although. Can anyone please help me fix this?

I just checked the url you've provided and it seems to be pointing to the URL you've mentioned as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuPGnP5
Not sure what the issue is. Can you explain a bit more? Or perhaps you've sorted this out already? Let us know.
