filter button doesn't show up on chrome mobile

Hello,
I use filter everything plugin. Few days ago I saw it is is not showing up after tapping on the 'filter'button but only on chrome mobile browser.
I don't know why it happened. Before, everything worked fine. Plugin developer says it might be theme related issue but I am not sure about that. Do you have any idea what could cause that?

have you spoken to the Filter Everything plugin author? As the Theme won't know it exists let alone do anything to change when/where it is displayed.
Yes I spoke to the Filter author. He says it is probably theme related (css) issue.

I agree with David - can't see how this can be a theme issue here.
Have you tested with a Twenty series WP theme?
When a plugin author says it's "probably" a theme issue, it usually means they can't figure out what the issue is.
you are right. After changing theme, the problem still exist. Do you have any recommendation what can be done to find the reason?

It's an obvious plugin issue, since it's not theme related we can't provide professional opinions on this.
I hope the plugin author would figure it out soon :)
