[Support request] Featured Images on Wordsmith

Hello, good morning.
I have some problems with the Wordsmith version of the theme.
1.- How can I remove the white space for the featured image (when it is not shown)?
2.- How can I remove or change the welcome space on the home page? I mean to change the image, remove it and change the text (Welcome to Wordsmith)

Hi there,

WordSmith uses the Header Element:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/

1. The header element set to Display on Pages – you will need to go to Display Rules and exclude the pages that you don’t use a featured image on.

2. Edit the Header Element assigned to the Front Page to make those changes.
