Featured images on page

Hello, I am trying to place my featured images over the title of my page, however the changes are not saved. I've deleted my cache and still can't see the change on the site. https://dietadelhuevo.com/como-tomar-clara-de-huevo-ganar-masa-muscular/

Not quite sure if I fully understand.

What option are you referring to?

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium while we debug?

Hi Leo, thanks for you response.

I'm talking about the featured image option in pages. Blog >Featured Image > Page. In the location option I want the featured image to be below title.

UPDATE: Looks like it was a cache problem, the image is already shown below title.
