Featured images are not showing up?

Hi everyone, I am working on a site and we have images added as featured images but they are not showing up in the frontend. Oddly they work perfectly when I am logged in though...
Any ideas how to problem-solve this?

Hi Henry,
Can you specify which page the issue is occurring? Is it for the single post pages?
If so, I think it's because you're using a Block Element - content template for your single post pages.
The block element it uses doesn't seem to have a dynamic image block in it.
