Hi,
The featured image on my article is high detail, but when it is displayed as a thumbnail on the “guides” section of my navigation, the images look extremely low quality? what is happening.

Hi there,
the post grid images uses a 600 x 300 thumbnail image that is being scaled down to 300 x 150px to fit – so the resolution is never going to be as high as the original image.
The type of image may have an impact on quality, for example Text in an image never renders smoothly in smaller rescaled images.
