Featured image and info when sharing

Hi. I am trying to share my web site in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, but I do not get the image from the first section (that is what I want to show). It only takes the ones from Services below. How can I show the first image with the sentence and how do I get to show the meta description below the image when sharing?

Hi there,

The first image is a background image, which those services can’t read – they can only read static images like the ones in the Services section.

However, all of those services should allow you to specify an image when posting.
