Featured image and archives imagens with different height

Hi,
The images are not following a height pattern. Some are higher and others shorter. I've used customizer > blog to try to adjust them, but it didn't work.

You can do like any other website. Click on a menu link, click on an archive item, and that is all ;)
It's difficult to tell that it's an archive item as the menu items are not in English ;)
So just to make sure, you've set the width and height setting here but it's not working?

Can you try clearing and disabling all caching plugins first?
