Feature Request

I’d like to see a Top Bar widget that can be “dismissed” by the user. In some of the other themes I have used, this feature is part of the Customizer.

This approach works until you reload the page, then the banner comes back. It seems like there needs to be a cookie that sets the state of the banner.

Might be worth leaving the author of the post a comment and if see if he has any solutions 🙂
