[Support request] Favicon not showing in Chrome

My favicon is not showing in Chrome. It works perfectly in Firefox, Internet Explorer, or if I am logged into my website on Chrome. I have tried disabling my cache plugin (WP Rocket), clearing the cache, disabling my CDN, clearing my browser, and trying different computers. All of them have the same issue of not displaying the favicon on Chrome.

That is the icon I am trying to get rid of. In firefox, explorer, and when signed into the website in chrome, it shows an icon of an airplane (below). The file is a png and is 256 x 256. I tried to load a .ico, but I was getting an error. I also tried several favicon plugins, but all had the same issue.

In chrome incognito it still displays the icon you posted above.

I find the best method is to load the favicon in the root directory of your website.
