Everytime I post a link from my blog to Facebook it always scrapes (features) a certain photo from my Dispatch blog. It’s the same photo every time, no matter what the link is. Each link/post page has it’s own feature photo, so I don’t understand why it’s not scraping the right photo. There has to be something on my Dispatch page I have set up incorrectly. I have tried previewing the link in the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool and it comes up with this warning, ” The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.” I can change the image in the debugger tool I think, but it would be a pain to have to do it manually every single time I post a link. Do you know how to fix it? Thanks!

    Hi there,

The theme itself can’t really control what Facebook wants to show.

Have you considered using a plugin like YoastSEO?

Then you should be able to set what picture you want to show when sharing.

Let me know if this helps 🙂
