Extrange things in backend

Hi! It's been a while since the backend of my website looked a little strange. In the image you can see, some menus look extremely small and some strange elements appear as black dots.
It doesn't happen in all the entries, only in some of them.
Any idea what that might be?

ups, the problem was "Table of content plus"
LuckyWP Table of Contents works perfectly :)
