Exclude x number of posts in WP Show Posts

Hi,

Is there any way to exclude certain number of post when using WP Show Posts?

For example, I want to create a block that shows posts 1, 2 and 3 of one category.
And anther block that shows posts 4,5,6
and another block that shows posts 7,8 and 9.
