Excerpts stopped working

I'm unable to duplicate this and haven't had this issue reported.

Can you remove the read more tag so I can try to locate the issue?

Sure! I just removed the tag. It is the latest blog and the excerpt disappeared once I removed the tag.

Can you make sure there is nothing added in the excerpt meta box?

One other user had the issue and this was the problem.

Were you using any sort of third-party block plugin in there?

Hmmmm...strange. I don't use a 3rd party block plugin. I just converted to HTML and all worked.

Once I removed it, all worked perfectly.
