Excerpt word count' does not work as before

Hi support,
my excerpt word count does not work as before.
I'm using Thrive Architect for all of my posts. It works perfectly before but these couple day when I checked my website again then it doesn't work.
I dont know what setting did I change...(that's the problem)

Anything different about those two posts ? Such as using a custom excerpt?

Nope.
I deactivated some of the plugins and check the HTML code for the post...
There's nothing different about it.

Looks like you are using custom excerpt now?

If you want to identify the issue, then try disabling all plugins except GP Premium.
