Hello
I already have Excerpt word count setup but the excerpt not showing. All posts have content in the excerpt field already.
Can you advise?

can you share a link to the archive where the excerpt is not displaying ?

Thats odd.
Can you test first for plugin conflicts, by temporarily disabling all other plugins aside from GP Premium.
Aside from that, do you have any Custom Functions on the site ?
