Hello,
I have added the Excerpt code from Documentation but the blog isn’t showing the excerpts, it’s just showing the Read More button like this

Hi there,
Just to make sure, the code is only needed if you are using the custom excerpt metabox.
Otherwise you can just use the customizer option:

Adding CSS: http://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-css/Yes, I tried customizing. When i select the “Excerpt” option it’s showing blank on Homepage, like i have shown in the image, when i choose the “full content” option it’s showing full content.
I’m not able to show excerpts even after adding the code.
Can you do the following:
– Remove the custom code
– Set the option in the customizer to excerpt with some word counts.
– Link me to the page in question. You can edit the original topic and use the private URL field.

Hmm can’t see anything obvious but you can see it’s working in the original site:

You have some empty spaces entered in the custom excerpt:
