Excerpt length the same height as blog post image

How can I have the blog post excerpt to have the same height as the post image? I have the excerpt displaying on the right side of the image. Thanks in advance for your help.

does reducing the Customizer > Typography > Headings > Archive Content Title (H2) - font size fix the issue ?
